...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 3 and 6 inches and ice accumulations between
  one tenth and one third of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40
  mph Sunday afternoon and early evening. For the Winter Storm
  Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations
  between 10 and 17 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 55
  mph.

* WHERE...Northern Oneida and Southern Oneida Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 7 PM EST Sunday. For
  the Winter Storm Watch, from late Sunday night through Wednesday
  morning.

* IMPACTS...Scattered power outages and tree damage are possible due
  to the ice. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling
  and blowing snow. Travel could be nearly impossible. Areas of
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
  Strong winds could cause  damage to trees and power lines.

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread icing adding additional weight on
  trees and power lines before the high winds arrive could
  exacerbate tree damage and downed powerlines.
