...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up
  to one inch and ice accumulations around a trace.

* WHERE...In New York, Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware,
  Otsego, and Sullivan Counties. In Pennsylvania, Northern Wayne
  and Susquehanna Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of light snow, sleet and
  freezing rain will continue this evening and end around
  midnight. This could lead to slippery roads and sidewalks.
