.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Additional scattered showers and storms Monday can again produce
heavy downpours and be slow-moving and could lead to isolated
instances of flash flooding, especially in low-lying and poor
drainage areas.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM NOON EDT TODAY THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central New York, including the following
  areas, Broome, Delaware, Sullivan and Tioga and northeast
  Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Bradford, Lackawanna,
  Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern Wayne, Susquehanna and
  Wyoming.

* WHEN...From noon EDT today through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms this
    afternoon and evening are expected to be slow-moving and can
    produce torrential downpours with rainfall rates near or
    exceeding 1 inch per hour at times. Showers and storms may
    track over the same areas multiple times, which will increase
    the threat for flash flooding.
