This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the
Internet for more information about the following hazards.

   Frost Advisory.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Cool, Canadian high pressure will bring another round of frost and
possible freeze conditions early Monday morning. It will not be as
cold early Tuesday morning, but patchy frost could still occur. If
possible bring sensitive plants inside or protect them from the cold.

...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Temperatures in the lower to mid 30s will result in frost
  formation. A few, isolated, normally colder locations could
  reach the upper 20s.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna, Northern
  Wayne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne
  counties. In New York, Yates, Seneca, Southern Cayuga,
  Onondaga, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Tioga, Broome,
  Delaware and Sullivan counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest temperatures are forecast
  across the sheltered rural valley locations.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
