This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southern Connecticut,
northeast New Jersey and southeast New York.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is the potential for several inches of snow Saturday afternoon
into early evening before changing over to rain along the coast.
However, the changeover across Connecticut, the Lower Hudson Valley,
and interior northeast New Jersey will take longer and there is likely
to be a period of freezing rain before the changeover. Far interior
locations, may even see ice accretions amounts of a tenth of an inch
or higher. There is the chance that winter headlines will be issued
within the next 24 hours.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time that would meet NWS
warning criteria.
