* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Erie, Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua, and
  Cattaraugus Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations of an inch or less and ice accumulations of a few
  hundredths of an inch. Winds could gust to 35 mph.

* WHERE...Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will result in slippery
roads and limited visibilities. Slow down and use caution while
driving.
