Wintry precipitation will change to rain Saturday afternoon and Saturday night. Rainfall and snowmelt will lead to rises on area rivers into Sunday with isolated minor flooding possible. Rain will change back to snow late Saturday night or Sunday morning. Light to moderate snow accumulations are possible on Sunday. Wind gusts over 30 MPH are possible Sunday into Sunday night which could lead to blowing and drifting snow. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations less than one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and periodic poor visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will overspread the area overnight tonight and change quickly to a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain.
