This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north central Ohio, northeast
Ohio and northwest Ohio.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Overnight wind chills values will drop into the single digits,
approaching 0 degrees in some areas as wind gusts remain elevated at
15 to 20 mph.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

A system will impact the area Friday night through the weekend.
Accumulating snow is likely Friday night into Saturday morning with a
transition to rain expected by Saturday afternoon. Rain will
transition back to snow late Saturday night into Sunday morning with
additional snow accumulations likely on Sunday.

Periods of moderate to locally heavy rain are possible primarily
southeast of the Interstate 71 corridor Saturday afternoon through
Saturday night. River levels could rise and ice jam flooding cannot
be ruled out, especially on area rivers that already have ice jams.
