* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast and northwest
  Ohio.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left
  uncovered.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Scioto River Near Prospect affecting Delaware and Marion Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Sandusky River At Tiffin affecting Seneca County.

  Killbuck Creek Near Killbuck affecting Holmes and Wayne Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...The Flood Warning is now in effect until early Thursday
afternoon...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Scioto River Near Prospect.
* Until Thursday afternoon.
* At 8:00 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 11.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.6 feet
  just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
  Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Highway 203 inaccessible north of Prospect.
  In Prospect, Elm, West River, Prospect, and Upper Sandusky Roads
  are flood. Water covers portions of River Road north of Hoskins
  Road in northwest Deleware County. Lowland flooding also begins
  along State Route 257 north of Route 36.
