* Timing...From 11 AM this morning through 10 PM this evening.

* Winds...South 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Relative Humidity...As low as 10 percent.

* Temperatures...Up to 80 to 85 degrees.

* Impacts...Enhanced risk of wildfire ignition and spread.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
