This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Kentucky, southeast
Ohio, southwest Virginia and much of West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Areas of dense fog this morning across the forecast area with
visibilities at or below a quarter of a mile in spots. Areas that
received the most rainfall yesterday afternoon can expect the lowest
visibilities. Fog should lift and dissipate by 9am today. Caution
should be used when traveling this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Another slow-moving system will bring more widespread shower and
thunderstorm activity later Friday through Saturday. Localized water
issues may again develop as a result.
