* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northern
  Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central
  Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Very low visibilities will present hazardous driving
  conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Commuters should be aware of rapidly changing visibilities this
morning. Maintain a safe distance between vehicles and drive with
