This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northeast Kentucky, southeast
Ohio and much of West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Hot temperatures and increasingly higher humidity values will result
in afternoon heat indices reaching the upper 90s to near 100 degrees
this afternoon in the river valleys, particularly in metropolitan
areas. Peak heat indices may flirt with advisory criteria.

Thunderstorms are expected to develop across the area late this
afternoon and this evening. Some of these storms may become strong
with an isolated severe storm possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Hot temperatures and higher humidity may warrant heat advisories
over the weekend and into early next week.
