western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

.Fire Weather...
Elevated fire weather conditions are expected across western
Oklahoma and western north Texas this afternoon due to low
humidities, gusty north winds and drought conditions.

.Strong Winds...
Gusty north winds are expected to develop through the morning and
last until late afternoon, but are not expected to be as strong
as those seen yesterday. Wind gusts 25 to 35 mph will be common.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday...

Chances for thunderstorms return to the forecast late next
weekend. Severe storm chances appear very low at this time.
