This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern...
western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north
Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

.Fire weather...
Elevated fire weather conditions are expected in northwest
Oklahoma this afternoon with breezy winds and humidity falling
to near or below 30 percent.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday...

.Thunderstorms...
A more active weather pattern will be developing across the area
this week. There is a marginal risk of severe storms across
western north Texas and southwest Oklahoma late Tuesday afternoon
into Tuesday evening. Hail and winds will be possible with the
strongest storms. There is also a marginal risk of severe storms
from western north Texas into western and central Oklahoma late
Wednesday afternoon into early Thursday morning.

Stronger storm systems will approach the area later this week.
There will be the potential of severe weather Thursday evening and
Thursday night across western Oklahoma and western north Texas,
Friday and Friday night across central and eastern Oklahoma, and
across the entire area on Saturday and Saturday night.

.Fire weather...
Elevated fire weather conditions are expected Thursday, Friday and
Saturday afternoons in northwest Oklahoma. Some locations could
reach near-critical conditions on Friday and perhaps Saturday
afternoons where humidity will be very low west of a dryline that
is expected to move into western Oklahoma.
