* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent early Wednesday morning
  then improving during the day

* TEMPERATURES...45 to 60 degrees.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.

  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
