...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following
  county, Pottawatomie.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1204 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Shawnee, Tecumseh, Earlsboro, Johnson, Bethel Acres and
    Aydelotte.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and southern
  Oklahoma, including the following counties, in central Oklahoma,
  Cleveland, Grady, McClain, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie. In east
  central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma,
  Atoka, Coal and Hughes. In southern Oklahoma, Garvin.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall from thunderstorms may lead to localized flash
    flooding across the watch area.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Little River near Tecumseh.

* WHEN...From this morning to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Near bankfull flows occur along the river
  and downstream of Lake Thunderbird... from near Macomb in
  Pottawatomie County to near Bowlegs in western Seminole County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 5.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The Little River is expected to rise to a crest of
    10.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Action stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
