This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of northern...
western...central...and southern Oklahoma...and western north

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

Thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and evening
near, and behind, a cold front. The front will extend from
southwest to north-central Oklahoma early this afternoon, and
should be near I-44 by mid-evening. Afternoon and evening storms
near the front will be capable of producing strong, possibly
damaging, winds, especially across western north Texas and far
southwest Oklahoma. Storms are then expected to become mainly
elevated, and the severe weather risk will diminish.

.Fire Weather...
Elevated fire weather conditions will develop this afternoon
across western Oklahoma and western north Texas with very warm to
hot temperatures, low humidity and winds of 15 to 25 mph. A wind
shift will occur in northwest and west central Oklahoma this

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday...

Elevated storms may continue over the eastern half of Oklahoma
Tuesday. Severe weather is not expected.
