...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 9
AM CST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected as cold as 5 above in the
  south and 15 below in the northwest.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, northwest,
  southeast, southern, southwest, and western Oklahoma and northern
  Texas.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
  result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
