Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to move across southeast OK and northwest Arkansas through the day today, though coverage will lower by this evening. A few of the storms may produce areas of heavy rainfall, but severe weather is not expected. Where skies have cleared patchy fog has developed this morning. Areas of minor patchy fog will continue until sunrise. Temperatures today will remain below normal. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
