much of Eastern Oklahoma.

DISCUSSION...
Breezy south winds will continue through the overnight ours with gusts
up to 25 mph possible.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.
TUESDAY...Severe Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential.
WEDNESDAY...No Hazards.
THURSDAY and FRIDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
SATURDAY...No Hazards.
SUNDAY...High Wind Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Gusty south winds will continue during the day Tuesday, with an
increasing threat of thunderstorms increasing through the afternoon.
By Tuesday evening, the chance of thunderstorms, including potential
severe weather, will increase across eastern Oklahoma and western
Arkansas. The main threat at this time appears to be damaging
straight-line winds, with a lesser threat of hail over eastern
Oklahoma. The tornado threat is very low, but non-zero.

Once this system clears, Thanksgiving Day will be seasonable and dry.
Showers and thunderstorms then return to the forecast late Thursday
night into Friday as a strong upper low moves into the southern plains.
Showers are then expected to persist through the remainder of the
weekend with winds picking up behind the exiting storm system on
Sunday.
