DISCUSSION... Light snow or flurries will spread into parts of northeast Oklahoma this afternoon and southeast Oklahoma this evening. Little or no snow accumulation is expected, with a few localized spots possibly receiving up to one quarter inch of snow. Very cold temperatures will continue, with wind chill values dropping to near or slightly below zero across parts of far northwest Arkansas late tonight.
