This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

AREA...Portions of western Arkansas.
ONSET...Ongoing.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will continue to be possible
across eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas this morning. The
thunderstorms will likely be confined to portions of western Arkansas.
This activity is forecast to end from west to east as the morning wears
on.

Areal flooding due to recent heavy rains is expected to continue into
this afternoon across portions of western Arkansas and southeast Oklahoma.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
WEDNESDAY...No Hazards.
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...Heavy Rain Potential.
SATURDAY THROUGH MONDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...

Several more rounds of showers and storms are expected Thursday into
Friday as another storm system impacts the area. Heavy rain will be
the main concern. 1 to 3 inches of rain will be common during this
time with locally higher amounts possible. This could lead to flooding
of low lying areas.
