This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

FIRE WEATHER DANGER.
RISK...Elevated.
AREA...Mainly the terrain of Southeast Oklahoma and
           Northwest Arkansas.
ONSET...Ongoing...improving after sunset.

DISCUSSION...
Heightened fire weather concerns will exist again today across
eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas, with the worst conditions
expected to be in the forested terrain of southeast Oklahoma and
northwest Arkansas. Afternoon relative humidities from 15 to 25
percent can be expected in most places today. Conditions will
improve through the evening hours as temperatures decrease and
humidities rise.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
SUNDAY and MONDAY...High Fire Weather Potential.
TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY...No Hazards.
THURSDAY...High Fire Weather Potential.
FRIDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Heightened fire weather concerns will
persist, especially in the forested terrain areas of southeast
Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas, until we receive meaningful
rainfall, which unfortunately is not in the forecast for the next
seven days.
