Pockets of locally heavy rainfall are possible thru tonight across southeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas in association with a slow-moving low pressure system. This heavy rainfall could lead to flash flooding. Isolated to scattered storms are forecast across this region thru tonight. Some patchy fog could develop over far northeast Oklahoma into far northwest Arkansas toward daybreak Tuesday. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
