...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
FRIDAY AFTERNOON ABOVE 2500 FEET...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible above 2500 feet. Total snow
  accumulations of 12 to 25 inches possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Oregon Cascades and Cascades in
  Lane County. In Washington, South Washington Cascades.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A Winter Storm Watch means there is a
  potential for significant snow, sleet, or ice accumulations that
  may impact travel. Continue to monitor the latest
