Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 8 inches, except 6 to 12 inches above 5000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...West Slopes of the Northern and Central Oregon Cascades. * WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
