...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Oregon...

  Rogue River near Agness affecting Curry County.

For the Rogue River...including Agness...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rogue River near Agness.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Widespread flooding begins to occur along
  the lower Rogue River. Roads closed at numerous locations along
  the north bank of the Rogue River in the Gold Beach area. Water
  nears roads along the south bank of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:30 PM PDT Sunday the stage was 27.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:30 PM PDT Sunday was 27.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 33.1 feet late tonight. It
    will then gradually  fall below flood stage Tuesday night.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    33.9 feet on 02/18/1983.

.Heavy rain may fall on a deep primed snowpack leading to the melt
increasing. Flows in rivers may increase quickly and reach critical
levels. Precipitation type will change over to snow in some
locations as colder air settles in. However, flooding risk could
still persist in some low lying areas, even with this change over to
snow.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern California, including the following
  area, Western Siskiyou County and southwest Oregon, including the
  following areas, Central Douglas County, Curry County Coast,
  Eastern Curry County and Josephine County, Eastern Douglas County
  Foothills, Jackson County and South Central Oregon Coast.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
  flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood
  with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An atmospheric river continues to bring heavy precipitation
    to the region with widespread heavy rain.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM PDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected or ongoing.

* WHERE...The coastal areas of southern Coos County and Curry County.

* WHEN...Until 1215 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1216 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 6 and 7 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Brookings, Port Orford, Bandon, Ophir, Humbug Mountain State
    Park, Edson Creek Campground, Sixes, Langlois, Harbor and
    Denmark.
