...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM PDT
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 6 to
  12 inches below 2500 feet and 12 to 24 inches above 2500 feet.
  Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Douglas County Foothills including Highway 138
  between and including the cities of Steamboat and Toketee
  Falls.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas in the Cascades could see snowfall
  rates of 1 to 2 inches this afternoon into the evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Travel is strongly discouraged because of dangerous conditions.

* If you must travel, keep tire chains, a flashlight, blankets,
  food, water, medications, and a fully charged phone with you.

* The safest place during a winter storm is indoors.

* A Winter Storm Warning means that severe winter weather is
  likely and poses a threat to life and property. Take
  protective action now.
