Total snow accumulations between 5 and 16 inches with the highest totals in the Central Cascades and lower totals in the Siskiyou Mountains. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph over high and exposed terrain. * WHERE...Elevations above 5000 feet in the southern Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains.
