Major impacts are not anticipated, although there may be some travel difficulties over higher terrain as this system moves through Wednesday evening. Another system is anticipated to move through Friday and impact locations farther north. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph over high and exposed terrain. * WHERE...Elevations above 5000 feet in the southern Oregon Cascades and Siskiyou Mountains.
