Morning lows around 10 degrees to minus 5 degrees will be common, with temperatures as low as 15 degrees below zero expected. * WHERE...Areas along and east of the Cascades, including Klamath, Lake, and Modoc counties, as well as Siskiyou County. * WHEN...Until 9 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
