...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM PST /5 PM
MST/ THIS AFTERNOON TO 4 PM PST /5 PM MST/ FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 to 4
  inches in lower elevations with mountains seeing anywhere from 6
  to 8 inches.  Winds gusting as high as 50 mph near the Nevada
  border.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast Oregon.

* WHEN...From 4 PM PST /5 PM MST/ this afternoon to 4 PM PST /5 PM
  MST/ Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and
  Friday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause extensive damage
  to trees and power lines.
