Total snow accumulations up to 15 inches. Accumulations up to 20 inches above 5000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...South Washington Cascades and the Northern and Central Cascades of Oregon. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The bulk of the heaviest snow will fall between through 11 AM Thursday.
