Wintry precipitation will change to rain Saturday afternoon and Saturday night. Rainfall and snowmelt will lead to rises on area rivers into Sunday with isolated minor flooding possible. Rain will change back to snow on Sunday, with lake effect snow lingering into Monday. Several inches of accumulation are possible. Wind gusts to 40 MPH are possible Sunday afternoon through Sunday night which could lead to blowing and drifting snow. A prolonged period of cold weather is expected Sunday night through much of next week, with wind chills potentially dipping to 0 to -10F for several nights in a row. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
