  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Thursday to 1 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.
