  mainly in the valleys.

* WHERE...The central mountains and portions of the Susquehanna
  Valley.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
