This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, southwest
Pennsylvania, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Daily mean temperatures are forecast to remain low enough Friday
through Monday or Tuesday to potentially impact regional
infrastructure, such as frozen pipes, and putting a strain on the
energy grid.

A potential winter storm will bring some snow accumulation to the
area by Saturday night and continue into Sunday night. There is low
confidence currently on snow amounts.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
