LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 529 AM EST, a band of heavy snow was along a line extending from 16 miles southwest of Wellsboro to 21 miles northwest of Jersey Shore to 15 miles northwest of Lock Haven to 17 miles north of Bellefonte to 18 miles east of Clearfield and moving east at 35 MPH. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... Lock Haven, Jersey Shore, Mill Hall, Blossburg, Avis, Dunnstown, Flemington, Castanea, Snow Shoe, Blanchard, Clarence, McElhattan, Moshannon, Monument, Glen Union, Waterville, Ralston, Cedar Run, Cammal, and Trout Run. For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Woodland and Milesburg exits, specifically between mile markers 132 and 134, and from mile markers 143 to 151. SAFETY INFO...
