Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Local fire and law enforcement personnel reported water rescues in Glen Mawr and the entire town being evacuated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flooding of Muncy Creek and areas along Route 220 from near Nordmont, downstream to Picture Rocks. Multiple major mudslides along route 220 from Glen Mawr to the Sullivan County Line. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen from training thunderstorms late Sunday evening. - Significant flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
