  between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an
  inch.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Warren County. In Pennsylvania, Lehigh and
  Northampton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road and walkway conditions. Minor tree
  and wire damage is possible.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.
