...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM EDT THIS MORNING
THROUGH THIS EVENING...

The National Weather Service in State College has issued a

* Flash Flood Watch for a portion of central Pennsylvania,
  including the following areas, Lancaster and York Counties.

* From 11 AM EDT this morning through this evening.

* Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop over southern
  Pennsylvania again today. The watch area has been very wet
  recently. Just an inch of rain in one hour may be enough to
  cause flash flooding in the watch area.
