...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, central and southern New
  Jersey, and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
  Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
  especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wet soils combined with the high winds could
  result in extensive tree damage. The strong winds will usher in
  much colder air, with temperatures in the 20s and 30s and wind
  chills in the teens. Potential for power outages combined with the
  cold could exacerbate the impacts of this high wind event.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
