...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM SATURDAY TO NOON
EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with
  gusts up to 55 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning,
  dangerously cold wind chills as low as 16 degrees below zero
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, northwest, and southern New
  Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM Saturday to midnight EST
  Saturday Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 AM Saturday
  to noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
  cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees below zero could result in
  hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High winds potentially leading to power
  outages combined with extremely cold conditions could be very
  dangerous!

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Secure outdoor objects.

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
