...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST SUNDAY...
...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EST TONIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills
  as low as 16 degrees below zero. For the Wind Advisory, northwest
  winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, northwest, and southern New
  Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon EST Sunday. For
  the Wind Advisory, until midnight EST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The
  cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees below zero could result in
  hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High winds potentially leading to power
  outages combined with extremely cold conditions could be very
  dangerous!

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Secure outdoor objects.
