.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
northern half of Puerto Rico and local waters. Be aware of
thunderstorms in your area and be prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible.

.Excessive Heat...Heat index 102-107 degrees across most coastal
and urban areas. Heat index values may briefly exceed 108 degrees,

with flooding risk possible every day, particularly over interior
and western/northern sections of Puerto Rico. Moisture levels will
remain high early next week as a tropical wave approaches the

reaching Heat Advisory criteria next week as well.

about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
