Western Interior-Mayaguez and Vicinity-Southwest-Culebra-Vieques-
The nearshore and off shore Atlantic and Caribbean Coastal Waters-
400 AM AST Sat May 15 2021

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Puerto Rico and the adjacent
Atlantic Coastal Waters.

.Day One...Today and Tonight

.Flooding...Heavy rains could lead to urban and small stream flooding
especially across portions of the San Juan Metro Area and northwest
Puerto Rico.

.Rip Currents...There is a moderate risk of rip currents for the
beaches along the north coast of Puerto Rico as well as the east coast
of Culebra and Vieques.

.Days Two through Seven...Sunday through Friday

Afternoon showers are possible again across west and northwest Puerto
Rico on Sunday. This may cause ponding of water on roadways and/or
minor urban and small stream flooding in isolated areas. A moderate
risk of rip currents will prevail for many beaches along north and
east coasts of Puerto Rico, Culebra and Vieques.

.Spotter information statement...

Spotter activation is not anticipated. Please relay any information
about winds, waves, and rip currents to the National Weather Service
in San Juan while following all local and state guidelines.
