Small craft should exercise caution elsewhere across the local waters. .Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents will form in the surf zone, particularly across the north-facing beaches. These life-threatening conditions will develop across the beaches from Rincon to Fajardo and Culebra, with isolated stronger rip currents elsewhere, especially near piers, jetties and channels. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday Afternoon convection could produce period of moderate to locally heavy rain producing ponding of water in roads and poorly drained areas on Tuesday. Another northwesterly swell will deteriorate marine and coastal conditions from mid-week onward. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is encouraged.
