* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
  visibility to 1/4 NM or less. For the Small Craft Advisory,
  seas 6 to 8 ft at 15 seconds and south winds 10 to 20 kt with
  gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the Gale Warning, seas 20 to
  25 ft at 16 seconds and south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up
  to 50 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR
  out 10 NM and Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence
  OR out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Dense Fog Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Wednesday. Small
  Craft Advisory, from 8 AM to 2 PM PDT Wednesday. Gale Warning,
  from 2 PM Wednesday to 5 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Low
  visibility will make navigation difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
