* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 knots with frequent gusts to 25
  knots expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central South Carolina and east central
  Georgia.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will
  create hazardous conditions for small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters on area lakes should use extra caution since strong winds
and rough waves can overturn small craft.
